I had a great experience staying here. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was the young gentleman who assisted me—he was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Great customer service goes a long way, and he definitely delivered!

The young man who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
Our shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. There was lots of hair in the bathtub and on the wall. We were given a stained washcloth that looked more like one to clean that bathroom with, rather than your face. The shower curtain was gross. I have no idea what was all over it, but I couldn't believe a hotel would have it in one of their rooms. I took pictures and showed it to the manager. She didn't really seem to care. She said she could switch us rooms, but I had already cleaned the shower so didn't feel like moving. Also the pillows were not comfortable. I woke up both nights with a sore neck. This was only maybe our second time staying at a Hampton. Probably won't stay at another one.
