Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-West-I-30

It was close to the event and easy access to I-30 Braxton was amazing and friendly!

Rude staff when we told them about the AC leaking water into the carpet. They didn’t seem to care so we put towels down. Breakfast was good first day but 2nd was not stocked.

Breakfast was about what you expect when included with the room. Not gourmet, but adequate.

Lock on door would not lock when we left the room. It would lock when locked from the inside.

Braxton was an excellent clerk.

The young man who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Our shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. There was lots of hair in the bathtub and on the wall. We were given a stained washcloth that looked more like one to clean that bathroom with, rather than your face. The shower curtain was gross. I have no idea what was all over it, but I couldn't believe a hotel would have it in one of their rooms. I took pictures and showed it to the manager. She didn't really seem to care. She said she could switch us rooms, but I had already cleaned the shower so didn't feel like moving. Also the pillows were not comfortable. I woke up both nights with a sore neck. This was only maybe our second time staying at a Hampton. Probably won't stay at another one.
