From the moment we arrived, all of the staff was warm and friendly. Thank you to the young gentleman who checked us in. He gave us an abundance of helpful information. Sorry we did not get his name. Extremely welcoming and supportive. Our room was fantastic! Truly a home away from home. We really appreciated the facilities such as lobby lounge, water filling station, laundry rooms. It was such a great experience being able to use laundry facilities and the provided Tide! Thank you for everything and we are looking forward to a return again. Would highly recommend this hotel. One of our best experiences.

I’ve stayed here a few times now.
Super close to Canmore Nordic Centre, nestled in the mountains. Ideal location. Excellent staff and nice lobby. BBQ’s and little games room with tv. Pool and hot tub is super nice.
Rooms are a good layout with a full kitchen. However the basement (3rd level) rooms are a bit dingy with no views
