Room size, cleanliness, comfy bed
They hide the shower mat behind the toilet!! When I went to have a shower I presumed the tub had some kind of anti-slip surface as no mat was readily visible. I started to have shower and immediately slipped injuring my leg, hip, shoulder and banging my head. My wife helped me out of the tub, but I spotted the bath mat while on my back, my wife couldn't see it because it was tucked tight against the back of the bowl. Now a week later I'm home and going to the doctor as the pain in my hip and leg is not going away, shoulder is starting to feel better. Some of the issue with recovery could be my age. With that said it was a decent hotel and my incident should not deter people from staying there! Just remember to look behind the toilet for the bath mat.

Sink was a little difficult to use, as it was against a wall leaving no elbow room.

Location. Beds were pretty comfortable although - Canada does not often have TRUE Queen beds; they are fulls. Accommodated arrival time outside normal hours.
Run down. Dirty. Leaky tub faucet. Small breakfast. No elevator for carrying luggage to second floor.
