It was clean and quiet, enough towels and toiletries, good location with proximity to food places and Arrowhead Park. TV with channels selection. We like that they went green and removed individual small packs of toiletries. Quick checkout process. Met our request about rooms location.
Cleaning snow in the parking lot in front - the entrance is uphill with sharp turn covered in snow poses additional troubles/risks. We almost got stuck in snow on the flat surface trying to park. It's a small parking, could be cleaned with a snowblower. A bit outdated A/C, TVs, fridges, and microwaves. Some minor maintenance is in order. Personally we would like a light at the room entrance.
