I have stayed at the hotel in the past, and I continue to return due to the comfort and cleanliness. I like the location, as it is somewhat removed from the congestion.
I was surprised to have intermittent cold water during my hot water showers. It happened during both showers I had while I was there. The bathroom shelf and vanity are certainly worn- which made me sad. The other thing that has bothered me on all my stays at this hotel- is that the hash browns are never browned. Hash soggy. Not a deal breaker- but certainly not appetizing.

The hot breakfast was good. The little lady working it was very busy and helpful.
Too far from main area of Flagstaff.

Breakfast, the location is nice and the public areas around the hotel looks very clean (lobby, hallways, etc.).
My room's toliet (on the bottom part of the toilet (underneath where you sit) was dirty. Everything else was clean. I felt uncomfortable sitting on the toilet.
