Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Flagstaff, AZ

The breakfast was really good, waffles, egg sandwiches, coffee, and cookies were all good. The room was very comfortable except for the mildew smell. The shower needs a new showerhead, but otherwise it's a nice place. The pool and spa were also very nice.

The room and floor smelled like mold/moisture really badly. We opened our window to air out the room and lit a candle to reduce the mold smell. The showerhead in the bathroom needed to be replaced.

Great location, easy to find, friendly staff, clean.

The breakfast was okay but could be improved - the bacon was a miss, need more variety of fruit.

Easy to get too, plenty of parking, good breakfast, clean room.

Room was kind of small but that was okay. I saw that in the description.

Employees were kind Bed was comfortable Pillows were comfortable Sheets and towels were clean Cookies were great Pool/Spa - We went to the spa 2 times. It was nice. Towels are small but they work.

Maintenance/ Cleanliness Sitting chair in the room was visibly dirty. I wouldn’t sit on it. The desk chair was awful. Torn up and a hair stuck in the mess. Cobwebs in the bathroom light fixture Hair dryer was absolutely disgusting Shower was clean however the whole thing should be fixed/maintained to not look so dilapidated. AC made a loud screeching noise when triggering ok throughout the night. We also requested “Non-Smoking” - Our room was placed above the “Smoking Area” - So when we turned on the AC the room smelt like cigarettes. Highly recommend asking for the other side of the property. Breakfast in the morning - potatoes didn’t appear edible.
