Great hotel for unsupervised kids

Close to Disney, bed was comfortable

25$ to park there was no spot available has to park across the street at jack in the box. Still got changed to park at the restaurant across the street. They seem to cater to mass crowds like school kids. Children allowed to run all around the the hotel at all hours and no help from front desk. I screamed at them to keep the noise down at 330am to very little change. Fire extinguisher box broken and being held closed with caution tape. Breakfast is not cooked to order its buffet style with limited seating do to the crowds they bring in. Shower heads need to be either cleaned or replaced, clearly older models with limited heads that work

The parking 25$ for an open parking in my opinion is too much. The shower has a problem, all the water flow on the floor and you end up drying up floors on your holiday. They should replace with shower screens

there was no trash liners in the trashcans. I know it might seem like it look nice but I was not a fan. Also there only be one customer service representative during busy check in at 6pm was a little bit of a bummer.

Amazing room but failed everything else

Our room was just amazing and the best hotel room we've stayed at in Anaheim point blank. The larger suite had floor to ceiling windows, an actual master suite with its own sitting area and even sofa sleeper and then some more room, this allowed our kid to sleep in our room and use the living area as a true living area, which took our comfort experience to the next level.

The 2nd reason that we wanted to stay here was their breakfast and made to order omelette station and that was disappointing, the food was not well cooked, the potatoes were hard as rock, the sausage was like your regular cheap store bought one, the 🥞 weren't good, at least the bacon helped save grace and finally my favorite feature, the omelettes, someone in the higher ups decided to switch fresh jalapeños for pickled ones 🤢 and yes ik this is a small detail, but unless you are eating nachos, pickled jalapeños DO NOT belong in a freshly made omelette with eggs and fresh veggies. Finally the gym, okay why would u go to the gym if you are going to the parks, IYKYK. Walking isn't the same as resistance training and even though I only do a limited travel workout routine while on vacation or business travel, the cable station was missing all but one attachment type.

Liliana ruined my stay at Embassy suites cause she didn’t have her fax straight. And she has managem

ILl when I messaged embassy that I was out of toilet paper, my linens and blanket for the hideaway bed was dirty. They brought me fresh by the way it was dirty in the bag never washed. It wasn’t because I got it dirty. I like the staff in the kitchen area, always clean the tables off

Did not care for Liliana which I guess is management she called me Friday at 12:30 noon saying that I needed to check out of my room and asking if I needed a late check out and I had to send her documentation that I checked in on the 10th and was checking out on the 15th and I actually had two rooms paid almost $3000 and she made me show documentation over the phone Which I don’t understand what happened when I called to make sure she got the documentation she continued to hang up the phone four times on me she would pick up and hang up pick up hang up. I questioned her on this and I told her I did not hang up on her when she called me and I saw caller ID said Embassy suites I picked up the phone to answer any of her questions. She was not professional and in my belief she should not be in management the other employees work in the counter were more professional with me checking in than she was.

I would stay here again, some minor inconveniences with the elevators and breakfast. The parking lot isn’t the safest.

Comfortable, clean, gym had a peloton bike. Lots of options for breakfast and a great omelette station. I was able to eat healthy with egg white omelette, fruit, oatmeal.

Some of the elevators were down and it took awhile to get to our rooms. Also they had some of the breakfast stations closed at peak times and there were big lines.

Rude dinning staff who will tell you don't deserve customer service and yell in front of kids

Great location

The room carpet were not cleaned for a long time. Sticky gooey substances were on the carpet. But the worst experience was with the dining staff. The start wrapping 15-20 mins before scheduled time. If you make request to give something in that 15-20 range expect rude behavior, yelling and disrespect. A dampener on an other decent stay.

Lots of space to sit and eat

The afternoon reception was very confusing. Got kicked out of an area when we sat down with our pizza slices. Bad impression on us, as guests. No one sat in that area the entire time we ate our dinner. Not one person. 🤷

It looked like the bed had not been made right but most of all I did not like the fact the we could not put the air conditioner any lower then 65 degrees and to be honest 65 there was kinda warm and felt humid.

Sorry, but I can t recomand this place!

The room was spacious, and the possibility to set the desired temperature is also an advantage.

Breakfast is served until an unusual hour, 9:30, which was not mentioned to us at check-in. Although we were there at 9:10, 70% of the food had already been cleared away. By 9:32 all drinks and coffee were gone, even though there were still many people eating. A lack of professionalism I have rarely seen.

The property was not very clean and felt more like a two-star hotel rather than the advertised three-star. The breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m., which is far too early for guests, and the quality of the breakfast itself was poor. We also had multiple nights disturbed by a faulty fire alarm, and at one point the elevators broke down, which was very inconvenient. There is no valet parking offered, which might be expected at this level of hotel. On top of that, the bartender was unprofessional and did not serve drinks properly or provide the options we requested. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

We liked the location, the pool, and the great service. Also, the happy hour and breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

The shower water was hard, and the water was dripping from the tub faucet.
