It was a nice property and the guy at the front desk was really nice and welcoming
Valet parking and not being able to park and get to my car without feeling like I was going to bother someone if they had to bring it back if I needed something out of it

The restaurant had good quality and well prepared food. The room size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. We loved the gym, it is well appointed.
We appreciate the noon check out time. The staff is very friendly. I also like to have the key on my phone. I love the water in the lobby with the citrus fruit. The hotel lobby decor is nice.
Every day we should get 2 waters, not just the day that we check in, we pay the same rate daily.
I should not have to ask for a robe and shower cap.
Also, I should not have to ask for maid service daily, or maybe ask us when we check in in case we forget.
We had noisy neighbors, maybe the walls are too thin. The thermostat was difficult to figure out. We wish that they had Netflix.

Clean and convenient location.
Staff was nice except the person that checked us in
The front desk agent that checked us in.
He seems annoyed and not helpful regarding the parking situation and he would not even tell us our room number, instead said that it was written on the paper envelope surrounding the key. That was a bit strange!
He also double charged us for the first night of valet parking
