The location.
We arrived at 1440 and went to check in and we were promptly that check in is at 1500 and were invited to hang out until then. We were not checked in until 1600. It was very disapointing to have to wait so long after a long day of travel.

The selection of food was pretty simple and monotonic.
Some more vegetables, some sort of cheese, ham, sussage would be needed

"Everything was so clean and there was fresh fruit and coffee, tea etc all night long. The staff was simply amazing, especially the front desk gal with the purple hair who helped with our check out. So..."
