The location and hotel was good for the price.
When we got there after driving 15 hours with three children, we were told they over booked and did not have a room for us. A lady then came behind me and checked in and paid. When I asked how they had a room for her when she hadn’t pre paid and I did, I was told I’m sorry and they were calling their sister property to look for a room. I explained I needed one with a pull out couch because I had children. She eventually spoke to a manager and I heard her say housekeeping had not cleaned a few rooms, and she would give me someone else’s room who hadn’t checked in yet, and basically the last person to check in would be without a room. Very unorganized and someone could have just gone to clean the rooms instead of the mess that occurred.
