This is a unique property because of the owner who actually delivers hospitality and facilities which show a genuine interest in making your stay pleasant. And the breakfast, which is cooked to individual order, from an extensive menu, is a highlight. They only have 2 rooms for guests, so it is never crowded, which are on the same floor and which share a lovely living room (with view seat boxes) and a dining room and a kitchen. Noon cha is always in a good mood, but she is also very respectful of whether you are in the mood to talk, or not. The place is kept exceptionally clean.

There are many stairs to get from the garage (which is the entrance) up to the house. Not a big issue for us, but if you have a problem walking this might not be right for you.

Great stay in a lovely home near the water,gracious hospitality, & wonderful breakfast

The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully presented with all the nice little extra touches. The home is directly across from a small beach so we sat there for awhile then went to a bigger beach in town to watch the sunset. It was a good location part-way on our trip from Victoria to Ucluelet & Tofino. The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious and we had access to a comfortable sitting room overlooking the water. We had the use of the kitchen in the evening and tea and coffee were available. The hostess greeted us warmly as soon as we pulled in and chatted with us for awhile (which we like) and offered us beverages on our arrival.

The host (husband) was not around as his wife indicated that he was not good at what was necessary for hospitality so she did not "allow" him to meet guests. It was his home as well and we would have liked to thank him.

This is, without exaggeration, the best experience I have had with hospitality in years.

The host is a lovely woman who greeted us warmly in the evening and truly made us feel like we were at HOME. What a rare experience, sadly, with travel these days. This was hospitality at its best. One small example: we arrived just after 9pm - the ferry schedule dictating our arrival time - and we kept in touch with the hosts as a result. We were were greeted with genuine warmth and an offer of tea and a very organized approach to choosing our breakfast. And our room was beautiful: amazing mattress, beautifully appointed, impeccably clean. As I said, we felt at home and I would have been happy to stay the month!

Nothing was missing ... at all. What an unusual change..I am getting very frustrated by travel shortfalls more and more. Eagle Rock lacked nothing. Nothing at all. Astonishing but so appreciated. This place sets the bar.

You will be greeted by the most wonderful woman. The guest floor is very nicely decorated and meticulously clean .We enjoyed a very comfortable sleep in a comfortable bed . The BnB is in a very quiet neighborhood. In the morning having breakfast at the beautifully set dining table , overlooking the water added to the atmosphere. The breakfast at was exceptional .

Breakfast was excellent and lovingly prepared with many choices. French press coffee & choice of teas on a self serve basis. Table settings were upscale. The view of trees & water from common space. Room & bed were well furnished & comfortable with open access to seating area & kitchen.

This place is in a residential neighborhood & entry through garage felt a bit intrusive, but not really a drawback. There are several flights of stairs to manage so beware if that would be a problem. A wonderful hostess will carry your luggage though.

This B&B is a 6 star property, look forward to returning again soon.

Breakfast was served at a dining room table offering beautiful panoramic views of the ocean adjacent to the house. We were given a breakfast menu to fill out upon check-in. This offered a nice variety of breakfast items, more than adequate. The hosts were more than welcoming with great personalities and made us feel at home. The house overall is stunning, beautiful furnishings and spotlessly clean. This is our 3rd stay at this location and now with the new owners it is even better than before. Just loved the bubbly personality of our hosts. No doubt we will be back.

Fantastic stay on the sea side with a breakfast to remember.

Almost everything was equal or better than expected. We had read the other glowing reviews before booking, but the breakfast is really exceptional. Cleanliness and comfort was perfect. We felt comfortable and at home here ! Very friendly host who is always willing to help and provide the extras you might need. Thanks for a great stay in your lovely, peaceful/relaxing property.

Really relaxing stay with wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay a success.

The breakfast was fantastic both in choice and quality. The property was exceptionally clean and our bedroom and en-suite were very comfortable. We liked the facility of being able to use the guest kitchen lounge and dining area to make drinks, have our own food and sit to relax in the evening. The hosts were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

There was not anything that we did not like. Everything was as good if not better than the description on the website.

Everything about this place is amazing. The waterfront view, the beach, the neighbourhood. Hand soap smells amazing, towels are so soft, linens smell fresh, pillows are soft, even signage inside the house is so well-thought out. Perhaps most important, breakfast is absolutely fantastic: fancy brunch restaurant quality, but completely home-cooked. The hostess should open a few restaurants of her own, honestly.

From when I booked to when we left the property after our night's stay, everything about this booking was exceptional! The property itself was lovely; a spacious and comfortable sitting area, dining area, and kitchen/island, which are all common rooms for any guests, and our own cozy and quiet bedroom and bathroom. We were made to feel welcome and pampered from when we first met our hosts to when we left, feeling like friends. There was a lovely selection of teas and coffee for us to enjoy at our leisure and the breakfast was excellent: on time, just as we ordered, and beautifully presented.

Enjoyable stay...and we would return for another stay in the future if in the Chemainus area.

The breakfast arrangement was excellent. The host asked us what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted to have. The choices were very plentiful and she was willing to give us as little or as much as we liked.

There was really nothing to dislike. Well maybe one thing...there was no drain plug in the main bathroom sink which can be annoying when wanting to wet shave. They should add a mechanical drain plug. Also a couple other things that would make the stay a little nicer would be to have a heated floor in the bathroom and supply a couple bathrobes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would certainly go back if visiting the Chemainus area. All in all the hosts were very obliging and well organized in operating a B&B.

The perfect place to stay. Fantastic hosts.

This was the perfect BnB. If I could rate it 11/10 I would. Nuch Cha Ree was a warm and delightful host. We felt welcomed from the first moment. The room was pristine and comfortable. Our breakfast was superb - better than a restaurant with options. We were doubly fortunate to have the floor to ourselves so enjoyed use of the kitchen and lounge as if it were our own home.

I forgot to ask for a suite with a bathtub, but that is my fault. The shower was gorgeous though!!
