Pissed off by pricing.

I think the hotel is relatively close to campus but the price for distance value is way off the charts... the room was decent, bed comfortable and bathroom clean but water pressure was low and TV access is limited.

The price gouging for parents weekend and weekend events is offensive. I definitely won't use your hotel again.

Having stayed during the Great Eclipse, it was just what we needed

The selections were good. I made a special point of getting started with the breakfast. Morning TV broadcasts were helpful for the weather and pertinent information, and the comfortable venue made starting the day relaxing. The other guests were very friendly and happy to share conversation.

With the sofa bed being part of the accommodations, the mattress seemed a bit thin so the springs and frame members could be felt a bit, but that's a sofa bed...it was OK.

The staff was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The shower was either burning hot or ice cold no between. There was also 0 water pressure. The hot tub was closed, and the pool was pretty yucky.

Nothing. Never been so disappointed and upset at any hotel in my life.

You are really asking me this when I never even had a room. 10 minutes before my arrival I get a call from the hotel that I have no room and it's because of Booking.Com. I was meeting 5 business associates for dinner. I had to scatter around town to find a room for the evening. Late for dinner and in a undesirable hotel. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will never use you again. And I should be compensated for my inconvenience. Ruined my entire evening. And the woman at the desk was indignant,cold and calculated. Should be fired.

Very clean and employees were professional and friendly! The hotel room kitchen came with everything needed to make a nice little meal and enjoy it! The outdoor patio area will be a perfect area to enjoy breakfast or just relax (once the weather cools!). 10/10 would stay again!

As Long As There Is Enough Coffee … Stay is Good

Location. But most importantly, a walk in shower my mother could get into. And my brother, having a separate room from us ladies. Having a living room & kitchen is Great !

Being Very Big Coffee drinkers in the morning … the hotel ran out of coffee , in Lobby And For rooms ! And , Even Tho , it advertises Breakfast … That Wasn’t Happening either … they ran out of Everything. My mom is handicapped … and We had to go out for coffee and breakfast the days we were there. So , that was inconvenient and difficult.

Our room was way more than we expected. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Wow! We could have stayed a week and never left the hotel.

Not that there was anything you could do. BUT, a large group of teens came to the pool and it was loud and chaotic. It goes with the territory.

Great room but Super loud at night

The room was great. Comfortable and clean.

There are people staying there that work at the hotel painting. Their room was beside and across from us. Until after midnight they were very loud. Yelling and laughing loudly from room to room with their doors open, yelling and running in the hallway, yelling in their rooms. Banging things in their room. Breakfast was cold and when we asked for utensils we were tossed a plastic fork. Even though the room was nice it was not a good stay because of this. The front desk staff were amazing! They were informative and helpful.

As Long As there is enough coffee & food supply, Nice Stay.

Clean and spacious. Great when there is mixed adults to have separate space within the room. Walk in shower for people with knee disabilities.

Breakfast was weak. But worse , a convention of people caused them to completely run out of coffee and most food. We wasn’t apart of that convention… we suffered that consequence. Had to go find coffee and food at a restaurant. Inconvenient.

we called ahead to change the name of the reservation so our friends/guests could stay there. They took the message but when our guests arrived they wouldn’t let them take the room. we paid in advance for the room $350 but no one stayed there. can we get our money back?

I will consider returning to the property on my next business stay in the area.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot but not overcooked even at 8-8:30 am. It seemed like the size of the TV was larger on this visit than my previous stay.

My room was close to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the doors opening and closing when I was in the suite. Unfortunately, the room next to me had younger family members who keep going in and out of the room, but did not have keys, so they were constantly in the corridor banging on the door to be let in, even for durations of up to 5-10 minutes before the folks inside would let them back into the room. I realize this is out of the property's control and just the luck of the draw. The doors to the rooms slam shut and make a significant amount of noise. (Not ticked, just giving constructive criticism since you asked!)

Superb

I was at a conference at IU and this hotel worked very well for my purpose. It was a few miles away from the campus. It was better this way as we were away from the noice of the weekend crowd at and around campus. The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff.

I just wish there was a coffee available for us--we had to drive through nearby Starbucks and for 8am conference, it was a bit tight. However, we did love this hotel and we will come back!

Wonderful hotel suite that had plenty of room for our family of 5

Breakfast was wonderful and our check in person Emma was awesome she went above and beyond and truly started our stay off to a great start plus she did a courtesy call to see if we needed anything and if the room was to our satisfaction

Wished the jets were working on the hot tub and temperature for the pool could of been warmer
