We enjoyed our stay. The room was great, allowing for privacy with the separate family room and bedroom. The staff were helpful, friendly abd courteous. Breakfast was good. Very happy overall.

My daughter had hr sweet sixteen sleepover party and we got there at 245 to be on time for the 3pm check in. Well we waited an hour before the room was ready even though I booked this reservation almost a month ago. We tried this exact same thing for her 13th birthday 3 yrs ago and it was the same wait. Also, there wasn't enough towels for the pool and when a kid threw up in the pool area, they did not disinfect the floor. Then as we were packing up to leave a staff used his key and walked right in our room it was 1140 and we still had time to check out. I won't be booking with this hotel again until they have better service.
