Noise, lots of families staying can hear people in rooms above running about

Location was great and the room set up was also wonderful - perfect for traveling with family.

Mattresses had no support and were painful to sleep on - my husband and I both woke up with severe back pain. Breakfast was misleading - at check in we were told it was any free classic breakfast, but when we got to Smittys we were told the free breakfast was only for 1 option, or $12 off any different meal.

New & fresh looking. Great air conditioning & comfortable beds. Easy access off highway. Smitty’s restaurant on the premises, with hotel coupon for a free breakfast. Tim Horton’s and Wendy’s across the parking lot. 10 min south to the Calgary Stony Trail.

(The toilet in our suite was short. My husband & I are taller people.)

The room was nice and big.

The room was not very sound proof. We heard the guests upstairs walking around and talking even through the night. The elevator was quite old and there was only one. The hotel could use a bit of a freshen up overall with minor renovations. I found the staff to be not super friendly. The clerk we had checking in was quite accommodating however the clerk at the front desk when we checked out was not friendly at all.
