Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Very beautiful historical building.
Could easily hear through the doors and rooms, so we didn't feel like we had privacy. It was hard to move around the beds due to the tight space, but recognize it was part of the experience.

The staff are great and we love the location! I had a lovely massage at Aura.
The hotel itself is showing a lot of wear and tear. The furniture in our room was "distressed" and not what one would expect for the cost. The main floor could use new flooring. The carpet is worn out and there is a strong odour at the back entrance (hard to name it... ).
