Nicely laid out. The beach is your back yard. Great location.
Parking for the guests on the road side was a bit sketchy sometimes , as you couldn’t always see the traffic coming.

Well equipped, good bed, very clean, access to beach were all great. All at a budget price. Location along the beachfront and a 15 minute walk to downtown.

Location on the water was amazing
Felt like a basement suite. It had a musty smell that might be remedied with new carpet. Kitchen water pressure was terrible using hot water, and sink needs aerator or pullout sprayer option
