I arrived completely and utterly exhausted from a 8 hour drive from Victoria, which should have taken less then 4 hours but due to accidents...it was a horrible day spent waiting/driving etc. I arrived practically in tears. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were amazing. The room was incredible spacious and lovely. Please contact me if you ever want a testimonial. No of the USB charging ports within the villa were operational
The TV remote didn't work from either of the beds. You had to get out of bed to get closer to the TV to change the channel
Small children in the upstairs villa were very noisy running around on timber floors. I went up twice to politely ask them to keep the noise down. Visitors with small children should be accommodated on the Ground Floor
