Great location and access to golf courses. Helpful staff. Enjoyed Timber room especially the breakfast.
Noise levels from adjacent rooms was unacceptable, was difficult to sleep. The only solution was a move to another room, which thankfully the staff at Crown Isle was able to accommodate.

It was a nice property, the facilities were good. The bed was comfortable. The lovely staff member who drove us home after dinner in the golf cart gets a shout out for service!
There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and when we asked for some they wanted us to come to the front desk for it (a 5 minute walk with my broken leg … nah). The floors are pretty thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbor walking around (sounded like stomping but it was really just echoing).

No of the USB charging ports within the villa were operational
The TV remote didn't work from either of the beds. You had to get out of bed to get closer to the TV to change the channel
Small children in the upstairs villa were very noisy running around on timber floors. I went up twice to politely ask them to keep the noise down. Visitors with small children should be accommodated on the Ground Floor
