The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The room was everything I expect at a Hampton Inn….BUT they added a charge for parking in their hotel parking lot! Not what I expect when paying $145 for a room in a suburb hotel off the highway!!

The premium WiFi really was stronger than most Internet connections was better than other facilities.
No water in the refrigerator. Would have been good to see 3 bottled waters.

Location, breakfast was included and it was good, pool
We were there 3 nights and room service never came to our room. We had to keep calling for stuff.

Breakfast ok. Liked pool but it didn’t open till 9:00 a.m. - would have liked to swim earlier.
I was charged for parking this time. Previous 3 stays I was not charged. The parking was an outside lot, unassigned spot, not covered and I parked my car myself. I don’t think this warrants being charged. No literature in room for tv instructions. No literature for pool hours. No literature at all.
