Location- worked well for the purpose.
We were expecting the pool to be open and it wasn’t. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast (Laurie, Juan, and all the team at the bar too!), and the food is delicious!

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
Cleanliness and general amenities were not up to a supposed 4-star hotel. Some things were shabby and basic. The fridge made a lot of noise and woke me at night, the floors in the lobby were sticky, the bedding wasn't warm enough and there was no note paper in the room (which surprised me for a conference hotel). It felt more like a 3-star hotel, not the 4-star rating it has on Booking.
