    My adult daughter and I (Mom) had a great experience in "the Soo"---had never been there before, and the Hotel was comfortable and accommodating for our needs. The breakfast each morning was extensive in its' choices, and self-served with an attendant ready to assist in a large room. Friendly Staff! I would recommend this spot to others without hesitation.

    The staff was friendly and check in and out went smoothly. The room, more so the bathroom lacked cleanliness. The walls at the top of the shower were splattered and I don't even know what . Bedding was hopefully just stained and not dirty, but still doesn't look good. Beds are super comfy and I slept fantastic once I was able to get to sleep due to the very thin walls and the exceptionally noisy people in the room next to us. Very loud in the hallways as well which of course it's hard for staff to know unless they're up on every floor which is impossible. I did appreciate the inside parking and very close handicap parking spaces as I was on crutches. I didn't realize the hotel didn't have a pool and or hot tub but that was my error.
