The breakfast was very good. Nice variety.

The hot tub wasn’t working and the elavator wasn’t always working. Had to carry our luggage down the stairs.

The staff was great! Dominque checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. The feel of the hotel was relaxing and clam. Room were clean. Our room fit our family well and we were wishing we stayed an extra night. The location is great. Feels safe and everything was accessible. We even walked down to the Washington Monument. Loved the parking area with a garage that closes.

The fixtures were a bit out dated, the light in the shower had rush on it and the shower head was old. Hard to get it to shut all the way off. The outlets in the room were not great. They were loose, no USB-A/USB-C outlets. Breakfast was good, but it took 30 mins to get an omelet and by the time we got up they told us they didn’t not offer and of the items on the sign other than the build your own omelet, the chefs were very nice. Would have saved time to have it noted. Just to note the parking garage was TIGHT.

Our check in experience was not good. The gave a room which was looking like conference room. We requested for room change which took a lot of time. They had rooms available but kept on saying hotel is fully booked. Breakfast: spread was limited. Breakfast timing was till 10.30 but it was closer by 10 only.
