The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They allowed us to check in early since our room was already ready, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The service was friendly and efficient, making our stay start on a very positive note.

Room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard- bits of dried food and long hairs.
