The allocated room was huge - a bedroom, separate sitting area which included a small fridge and a kitchen sink with a kettle and cups. Not all properties cater to early morning tea drinkers so this was welcome. A walk in shower which is appreciated. Great views of the Saint John river and rising almost full moon. A short drive to Downtown and to the Reversing Rapids viewpoints. Very generous breakfast
We had two flights of stairs from the carpark to our room which was not apparent when we booked. It was Ok given my travel partner can carry bags but those with mobility issues would have trouble accessing the property

Great location, fascinating history of the house and incredible breakfast. Hosts are warm and welcoming, very helpful. House is very cool. Terrific views of the Bay of Fundy, and the best breakfast at any B&B we've ever stayed at.
