The location is convenien walking to the beach or Rattlesnak canyon. The pool is good although I wish there was space for chairs inside the gated area and the door to the pool had a spring back gate for parents with littles (so many people left the gated door open and there was a small toddler that ran ahead of their parents and almost jumped into the pool. if people had shut the door, it wouldn't have happened). There is a small baby pool but we didn't use as our kids are older.
Pay Laundry facilities on site are convenient as is the ice machine.
Owners are on-site and operate the facility which is my preference for good service.
BBQ and grass area for kids to play within the courtyard.
There is a decent amount of parking available.
While there is a Pub located very close, you don't hear any noise at all from there even late night; rooms have good noise blocking even from adjacent rooms.
