Wonderful stay for our family!

Our stay was perfect and great location close to malls and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing so delicious each morning. Kitchen staff and housekeeping was on it and very friendly. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Fitness area was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Centralized location, decent accommodations. Bathroom was clean.

Front desk was unremarkable. Both check in and check out processes were received like inconveniences. Maids came around hallways well before check out time knocking on everyone’s doors and speaking loudly to one another. A fine way to wake up and to rush customers out of a room they pay to be in.

It was a horrible trip

I paid for my room in full and had my confirmation number and everything and after driving 7 hours they told me they were booked and didn’t have any of my information showing I booked showed her all my information and her tell me they were booked want me to pay another 197.00 for another room and we had to turn around and go back home missed a wedding and baby shower and a birthday party

The dust was so thick on the elevator it was disgusting. The toilet didn’t flush and ran all night in our room until my husband stuck his hand down in the back of the toilet just so it would stop running and so it was flush. The carpet was dirty! The bed was uncomfortable The shower -water came out the showerhead and the spout at the same time the lights were dim. The TV kept making cracking sounds. It was horrible.

A nice getaway turned not so nice..

The loud vulgar cussing at midnight and beyond on the 4th floor, the slamming of the door, sound like it was about 10 people in the room, and the knocking on the walls, I stay at your establishment about 2 to 5 days every month...this was terrible, couldn't sleep at all..

Okay,but definitely could have been better

I liked that the location,was familiar to me( shopping,food,entertainment etc) and the breakfast for the wide selection. Other guests were all polite

The hostess upon check in was complaining to another employee about someone else. It took her approx 4-5min before she acknowledged me and my Mom.The ice machine on my floor didn't work and there was No signage. So everytime I wanted ice I had to go to the 2nd floor-which you could tell the guests on the floor didn't follow the rules of No smoking. The carpet in the room felt dirty, like it needed to be deep cleaned not just vacuumed. I asked for clean towels and never got them.

The hotel is clean and well stocked. The breakfast was a nice touch. It was close to everything we needed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure

The breakfast was good. The afternoon staff was ok. The female checkout staff was much more pleasant than the check in staff. Though it appeared she was having some kind of issue. The security guard who let us in our room was pleasant, helpful and accommodating

During check in the clerk appeared to help someone who arrived after we did. If so, she should have provided an explanation why she was assisting him first. I asked him and he did not know if he had arrived prior to us. I did like that you do not provide transport to/from the airport
