Because of the deal I got I felt like I was treated low class. We tried to get someone to help with groceries at least a cart for us to roll In our food. It was very frustrating because they kept on redirecting us to someone else in charge. Felt like we would get pounded off. Until this amazing man in the bell department saw us waiting and he kindly helped us. At check out I was notified that I was supposed to have gotten a food credit which the lady at check in did not make this aware. At check out the lady was able to make it right. The building we were at felt like no one was really around to help. Super isolated from the buildings near the beach and pools. I guess you get what you paid.
