It's great to have your own kitchen & living area & 2 bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. Location was great for us as we were attending something at the Convention Centre.
There was a roaring noise in the second bedroom that was very disturbing at night time & made it difficult to sleep (coming from outside, sounded like air-conditioning vents / the roaring noise you hear all night on a plane flight). (We were in Lagoon Tower, facing Ilikai, floor 6). We spoke with front desk & they didn't do anything for us.

Close to beach pools were close & clean & good for relaxation
This is our 4th year in a row that we have come & we get put in rooms facing the Ilikai why can't we get a room on the other side facing the ocean

All the amenities. Staffs are awesome especially the house keepers.
The beach has so much stones but otherwise it’s ok as long you wear beach shoes.

The property was in a perfect location. Everything was only a couple miles away or within walking distance. It was right on the beach, the staff checked on us constantly. They were absolutely amazing. They made our stay perfect.
The thing we didn’t care for was the layout was a little confusing, but by day three or four we got it down.
