The location, staff and the facilities. Elevators had problems which we know happens… popcorn and cookies were a nice treat and having a bar with food was great.

Breakfast was amazing everything you could think of was available for the breakfast buffet. Beds were so comfortable. Lobby was nice liked having water available. Cookies for checkout were tasty.
Stairway signage for fires/ emergency were not posted enough. Hallways did not have AC. Only one elevator was working during elevator renovation but it was not mentioned prior to check in. Longer wait times for elevator.

Good location
Reach out a few times now by email to the hotel . We had a vehicle for one night and they charged us for both nights we were there . $30 to me is a lot of extra money to be overcharged by a hotel . The hotel does not respond at all , pretty much given up on the refund for the overcharge . When checking in told the clerk we would only need our vehicle parked one night , not 2 nights . They assured us that we would only be charged for one night . WRONG !!!!
