Carpet in the room not very clean

Location
Carpets needed cleaning. Rooms not cleaned. Potato chip on the bed. This was the second room after asking to be moved due to a man’s shirt hanging in the wardrobe and the floor was sticky.

Great location, Friendly service, and cleanliness.
Had to ask for towels from Housekeeping more than once, they took awhile to bring them to our room.
