Great location and parking was very convenient. Access to the Kellogg Arena was also a bonus.
Staff were great!
Noisy guests. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We could hear a talking conversation in the next room - but unfortunately we had VERY noisy neighbours with screaming children until midnight. Also a lot of noise (even just walking) from above. And children again running around in the corridor’s and shouting outside the rooms until late at night.

Location
When we first arrived they informed us of a water main break and there was no water. They said they were waiving cancellation fee if we wanted to go somewhere else but it was New Years Eve. So we stayed and hoped the water would come back on before we needed it. Thankfully it did. When we walked into the room there was trash on the floor and in the bathroom as well. The toilet was also dirty and you could tell the faucets haven’t been wiped down in a while.
