Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a lovey aroma (like 4 or 5 star hotels) that continued into our room. The staff verbally greeted us . They were very helpful and polite. Every request was met quickly without any excuses. The decor was freshly updated...very beautiful.
The hot breakfast (scrambled ,hashbrowns, and freezer croissant breakfast sandwiches was served by 2 SWEET ladies. I have NOT had this happen before any Best Western Plus locations. Alas, no Bacon....we both like bacon! We didn't eat the sausages were a little pink inside. Lights in the bathroom need to be and must be brighter. We really enjoyed our stay. Have a blessed 2026.
