Beds were firm, room was clean and the shower was fantastic with multi -directional spraying options.

The room was clean, the six head shower was great, and having an ironing board, iron, mini fridge and coffee maker was a nice touch. If you're staying on the second floor, be aware there's no elevator. The lack of bathroom fan was a bit of an annoyance, but overall, a great room at a good price. Week be staying here whenever we go to Brandon

I have been going to the Victoria inn for almost 20 years. Even after moving to a different province. Each time I have gone back, the rooms are less clean. The facilities are in need of repairs badly. Level of cleanliness all around has gone down. This last time the room I booked wasn’t the one I had reserved. My cards didn’t work. Once I did get into my room. It wasn’t cleaned properly (didn’t tell them because the last time I did, they did nothing). The hot tub, which is a big reason I book here. Wasn’t working. It was cold, and even after they had the repair man come. It was still cold. Yes the power had gone out earlier. But that’s something that should be on their radar. Not something to be told by many other renters. When complained about it at check out time. They said “well it’s working now”. What good does that do me now when checking out. I don’t want apologies. I want them to do their best each time. Because it doesn’t get cheaper each time. I will be going to another hotel when I go back to Brandon. Congratulations Victoria Inn, you have lost a long time customer.
