Beautiful view of the lake. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was very clean.
Outdoor location of room door felt unsecure (people tried to open the door 3 times, one time because the front desk gave them our room number as theirs). Hot tub and spa didn’t stay on, we had to go turn them on an hour before we wanted to use them. Even then the hot tub was often only warm. Had to ask for towels, there weren’t enough for the number of guests. Soaps were watered down and no lotion provided. Free breakfast over by 9 am
