The view of the Lake. The look and feel of the buildings. It is great having a nice restaurant on site
Unfortunately, the spa was not working when we were there. It would have been nice to have a long soak, but that’s just how things are.

Great location, beautiful rooms, access to canoe and bikes
No bar for drinks before dinner. Only in the restaurant

Gorgeous location! It was lovely and we hit the peak of fall colors. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
Our balcony was filled with cobwebs and dust. The room was very outdated and needs upgrading. We were only given two coffee pods for our stay; however, we got coffee in the lobby. You are paying for the view, not the accommodation.

Location is fabulous
Room should have been better equipped. No smart tv, just really bad reception of cable.

"Amazing, cosy stay in Jasper. Right at Pyramid Lake, so you wake up to a stunning view every morning. Routinely visited by surrounding wildlife too."
