Staff were super friendly, there was 24/7 security so we always felt really safe and the rooms were very clean

Great location. Spacious common areas and kitchen. My room was clean and the bed comfortable enough.
I have 2 complaints. First they charged me $284 when my Booking.com reservation said the total was $271. I didn’t argue as I was sure I’d get some BS about a fee that was previously unknown. Second, the women’s bathroom on the east side smelled like an outhouse. It also had hair on the floor and sinks every time I went in.
