The apartment is on the ground floor, it is very close to the sea and the center (bars, markets, restaurants etc).
It is located in a small tourist village, offers beautiful beaches, a lovely marina and all kinds of services.
It is about 50km from the port and airport of Olbia.

KITCHEN: 32 "Led TV, fridge, oven, dishes (plates, glasses, forks, pots etc ...), sofa (convertible into bed).
BATHROOM: Washing machine, shower, towels.
DOUBLE ROOM: Double bed, pillows, sheets, blankets.
BEDROOM: Bunk bed, pillows, sheets, blanket.
GARDEN: table, chairs, barbecue.
Only small pets are allowed.

In questa proprietà ho passato solo una notte, ma mi è bastata per capire che, il proprietario ci tiene davvero tanto, ad offrire un soggiorno confortevole per i suoi ospiti!
Senz'altro, in futuro, la prenderemo in considerazione per un soggiorno più lungo! A Presto :)

Wir sind dem Gastgeber sehr dankbar, dass wir mit unserer Familie hier ein tollen Urlaub genießen konnten. Beim Check-in und Check-out war er sehr flexibel, was für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr hilfreich war. Auch bei Fragen und Wünschen hat er sofort geholfen (Strandtipps, Hilfestellung bei Krankheit unseres Sohnes, Restauranttipps,...). Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für eine „kurze“ Fahrt zu tollen Stränden. Im Ort selbst gibt es Cafés, Eisdielen, kleinere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und es gibt alles, was man benötigt.

Alessandro ha avuto massima disponibilità ad assecondare i nostri orari sia nel check-in che nel check-out. La casa è pulitissima, inoltre i mobili, gli arredi e la biancheria sono nuovi. La cucina è comoda e ben attrezzata, i letti cododi con materassi nuovi. Siamo stati molto bene.

Alessandro is enorm gastvrij. We konden het huisje eerder in en het is een heerlijk schoon huisje met een grote tuin. Vlakbij zee en het centrum van La Caletta! Een aanrader!
