Location was perfect, didn't eat there, just had a glass of wine which was excellent.
Had to hunt down front desk staff once, but not a big deal.

When I checked in, the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. That went after a while, but not a good experience. If I hadn't spread my things all over the room first, I would have asked for another room.
The breakfast was a disaster. I ordered a cooked breakfast with 25 minutes to go before my ride, and it was not even delivered in that time. So I got a refund, and left hungry and disappointed. I actually asked the employee if it could be done in time, and she said yes, then let me down.
