    The mattress was horrible. It had a significant depression that caused me back pain. What was most frustrating was that when I complained the next day, the staff member responded, “Ah, yes, the mattress has a problem, right?” This made it clear that they were already aware of the issue but still assigned the room to another guest. The bathroom exhaust fan also ran constantly and did not turn off with the light, creating an extremely annoying continuous noise. They eventually moved us to another room, where the mattress was much better. However, the shower had extremely poor water pressure, and we found hairs from previous guests on the towels. I appreciate that they changed our room, but these are basic maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before assigning the rooms to guests.

    Great hotel especially for the price, right in the center of downtown and 5 minute walk to transit hub which leads to NYC in 15 mins. Great surrounding and awesome staff.
