Location and clean
We have stayed there three times now. The last two times when we get there, they try to give us a ground floor room which we had booked a balcony room.

Beautiful spacious grounds and everything you could want on the property. Loved the classic interior of the building - beautiful.
We loved the room and having a balcony overlooking the grounds and the water but it also overlooked where they keep construction and maintenance trucks and materials.

I like the 1920’ s vibe. Was in town for a wedding so didn’t have time for spa treatments. Pool look beautiful but couldn’t get a lounge chair as a hotel guest.
The room furniture was old and beat up. Could have also been laid out a little better.
The walls were also thin, I could hear the next rooms conversations, plus being above the music and by the elevator was noisy.
