We loved everything. The food was excellent. Enjoyed the mix of different types. Thought the price point was in line. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Again we had a very good time. And we wiii be back.

The tub-shower combo in the guestrooms are out dated. The wooden barstools could use a cushion atleast on the bottom. The resort is old. That’s what makes it special. The age makes it difficult to maintain. But the sooner the small repairs are done. Less likely they will grow to major problems. The small details count.

The best employee who gave us more information than anyone was Marybeth! She was awesome! We were unable to get the VIP tickets but insured us we would see the fire works! We did! In an amazing spot! She even came to see us at the fireworks! She is awesome! Saw her handling everything! Computer went down she handled the public! She directed the serving of food to the right ppl! She handled all! Simply an amazing employee! I hope the appreciate her as much as every customer did!

The desk at Erwin basically told us since we didn’t get the VIP tickets we would not be able to the fireworks! Tickets sold out!!! Not true we had the best view ever!

I love the location from the Clearwater/St. Pete airport, especially after a very late arrival. The room was fine, nothing special. I did appreciate that there were 2 sinks in separate rooms in the room. The guy that checked us in at midnight on very late Monday night/very early Tuesday morning June 22nd/23rd, walked us to our room, which was thoughtful of him to do. I love the outdoor pool area, with the bar right there with alot of food options available while spending time at the pool. The Mediterranean hummus plate was the perfect poolside snack! I appreciate that they held our luggage after checkout while we explored the shops in town.

No real complaints, other than the bartender at the outside pool bar, on Tuesday afternoon (black girl w/all black shirt/shorts uniform) was not great. She spent so much time standing at her computer/register in the corner of the bar that it took forever to get drinks if the white girl bartender with brown hair & a turquoise uniform shirt wasn't around. The white girl was so much better at service, while also stocking supplies and making drinks. But we didn't eat at the other restaurants at the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and at a reasonable cost

The place needs to be updated. The location is perfect and you would expect this place to be outstanding. However there were multiple issues with paint and titles.
