Pleasant no fuss stay for a great price. Very clean and well appointed. Restaurant on site for convenience, serves all 3 meals.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I accidentally reserved the incorrect date and only realized the mistake when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk employee told me not to worry and specifically advised me to make a new reservation for that same night, assuring me that the hotel would refund the incorrect booking. Based on that assurance, I rebooked directly with them, paid for another reservation, and stayed at the hotel that night. Despite what I was told at the front desk, the hotel later refused to issue the promised refund for the incorrect booking. Had I been told from the beginning that they would not refund it, I would have made a different decision rather than paying for another reservation with the same hotel. Unfortunately, the stay itself was equally disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned. There were cups and debris under the bed, the carpet was damp/moist, and we were provided with a stained towel. I documented these issues with photographs. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled by the staff and management. Rather than trying to resolve the issues, they were extremely unhelpful. I would not stay at this hotel again. Before making a reservation, I strongly suggest reading through the other guest reviews so you can make your own informed decision about the recurring issues being reported at this property.
