Perfect location! Everything was always very clean! Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly.
My grandmother slept on the pull out couch and she said that wasn’t very comfortable. Also we called twice for bedding for that and nobody came and had to call a third time because we were ready for bed and nothing was left out bedding wise even though it was booked for 5 people total. My kids said the pool was always cold so that was a bummer.

The Sheraton Oceanfront Virginia Beach is a beautiful Hotel .
Love all the amenities , Staff and the location .
This place has all the bells and whistles to make you feel at home . The breakfast is a plus to start your day . I will definitely be back next year !!!
I don't have any complaints about the Virginia Beach Sheraton .
Accept I wanted to stay longer but vacation was over !!!

"I really liked how friendly and efficient the staff was from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, organized, and well-climatized, and the location was excellent - having direct access to both the pool and the oceanfront made our stay very enjoyable."
"The only things I didn't like were the condition of the pool area and the sofa bed. The pool area looked a bit dusty and some chairs were worn, and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. However, it still served its purpose, and none of these issues affected our overall experience."

Cleanliness
Kendra told me all king suites oceanfront were on the first floor The hedges and cabanas blocked your view of the ocean So we were able to switch to a double queen on the fifth floor but she couldn't adjust the price
