    The room was great and spacious and was just a walk away from the Canada life centre. Would stay there again

    I specifically filtered the location and facilities to make sure it had a pool. Agoda listed this property with pool but upon arrival it was found that the pool was closed way back in 2020. When took up with Agoda they didn't even care. Apart from that the stay and the facilities were great. The location is near to downtown

    The hotel was booked only due to have swimming pool as per Agoda website. But I was so much disappointed when came to know that their pool is closed. When I complained, the staff suggested me to cancel the booking. However, they are very clean.
