Staff at front lobby was very nice. It was in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking was underground. Seemed safe.
Hallways were dingy and felt dirty. Not their fault, but the elevator closest to our room was out of service. Was kind of pricey for what we got. Bed was ok, not that super soft feeling you usually get in an AirBNB.

Your head office kept switching our hotel from one to the other in your chain of hotels causing stress.

Dated floors furniture and tub needs some love. Late check 5 and early leave 10. Not a fan
