We liked the friendly staff and the last minute one night stay price and the really good water pressure and hot water.. we liked the kitchen amenities as well.

The tv volume was very hard to figure out . We never were able to get the channels to change ended up having to stream movies . Frustrating took a long time . And the bed was not comfortable at all. Everytime my husband rolled over the springs on the mattress sounded like they were breaking . The room was outdated kitchen cabinets but honestly if it weren’t for the tv issues and the very hard noisy bed we would come back we loved the sweet staff and the rest and the location was great . No view but since we stayed one night in the smaller studio we were fine with that .

Everything was Fantastic about my stay, I can’t say enough about the staff, the cleanliness!

Staff was AMAZING! Room was spacious and CLEAN! Very comfortable & cozy. AC/Heat was responsive and worked well.

The maintenance and age of the kitchen was questionable. They need remodeling.

Okay… about the best I can say.

Good location and we were able to walk to breakfast and dinner. Not close to the Uptown shopping.

Old, outdated and rough looking cabinetry in our suite. Felt kinda depressing compared to the beautiful scenery outside. My initial reaction was disappointment. However, the room was comfortable and served us well.

Excellent location and services

King bed was super comfortable, kitchenette was well-appointed, bathroom was clean and shower was great, air conditioning was excellent. We also loved the location as it was so close to shops (Whole Foods, good restaurants) and a short drive to uptown Sedona.

TV didn't seem to work. We couldn't get to watch Netflix or Prime, even though they were buttons on the remote. We kept getting an error message about connectivity and couldn't login to our accounts. This wasn't a big deal for us as we had so much to entertain ourselves with in Sedona!

Just ok! Timeshare warning!

Front desk staff was pleasant. The pool and quiet of the property.

Being confronted first thing to sit through a presentation to purchase a timeshare. Watch out for the concierge trapping you into the presentation. Check in area was loud and echoed. Very outdated room. Need to come into this century. Location was just ok. Not walkable to town (3 miles) and no shuttle that we knew of or were informed of.

Won’t stay anywhere else

Everyone was friendly, seemed like we never left home, just location, the place was more like a town home which was great! Holiday weekend here’s a little crazy, but still very peaceful and loved the nature everywhere you turned!

Fun but will not return

Lots of hot tubs and 3 pools. Not far from center of everything

The pull out couches need to be better and provide better blankets. The place could have been more clean

The unit we rented was beautiful, well decorated and extremely spacious. We loved the high ceiling and fireplace. The two patio areas were great. The bed was extra comfortable.

Location was close to grocery stores, airport mesa and only a short drive to the main downtown area. The condo was very clean and tidy. We made it our home for a few days and would likely book here again!

Bad management! They have los of empty units. But they rather put everyone next to each other.

Noise from upper stairs unit is so impacting my sleeping. Every day around 5am kids already running on upperstair. Later around 12am someone is still running and walking. Those families with lots of kids should be separated from other customers

Quite yet close to restaurants. Very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is well situated in West Sedona and near some good restaurants. It is slightly off the Main Street so it is really quiet at night. The air conditioning works really well. The pool is clean and a very nice temperature. The pillows were not that comfortable and the place is a bit dated but it is really clean and a great place to stay.

Pillows could be more comfortable.

This was an expensive room for the quality, and the room needed some updating.

The room was outdated - old kitchen cabinets, old smallish tv. Also, we were promised a view, and we did not get that at all. In fact, the only window in our room was a small one near the front door.

The place was in a good location with fairly easy access to some trails. The residence was clean when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.

The TVs are older and not smart TVs. Fortunately I brought my smart plug in. Calling the place a "resort" is a bit of an oversell. There was no daily cleaning service for the room as I would expect for the price.
