Holiday Inn Express Washington DC Silver Spring by IHG

The space in the room. The bathroom was clean and nice. The room was also clean and the staff were excellent.

The parking was a minor problem. Also the room keys hadn't to be redone that evening.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.The location was great for attending the DC Open (just a quick 3 mile Uber ride away).

The hotel's parking was full. So, we parked in the municipal garage. The garage was very close to the hotel, but not optimal when arriving at night.

Good price and location

The breakfast is good but if it was until 10 am will be better 9:30 is too early

The Ac was too noisy and the vanity is too small and also the key for the room was giving us a hard time we can’t get in to our room when ever we come back from outside and one of the evening front desk person is not helpful at all we called him to tell him we can’t get in to our room because the key is not working he told us to hold on he has a guest when we too are a guest who are already there and he could have say just apologize for the inconvenience I will send some one for you but anyway he send one of the maintenance called Solomon which is a very helpful person and he fix the key for us for that we appreciate Solomon
