The staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were comfortable, everywhere was clean. Breakfast was brilliant, permanently stocked up and well maintained throughout service
The furnishings were tired, for example there were holes in the black out curtains from wear and tear, and a tile in the kitchen was detached from the wall

Location was fantastic.
Dated inside. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and there was no pillows or linen for it.

The location and easily accessible parking
It's very clean and everything is within easy reach.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Parking was free and option of underground or above ground. Breakfast was reasonable.
Was very noisy from outside influences, emergency vehicle sirens continuously from the main road (this may have been heightened from Stampede). Airconditioning really struggled, it actually was warmer in the room (windows faced afternoon sun) at times than it was outside (29°C)
