Room is ALWAYS comfortable, safe secure, location is fantastic. My favorite hotel to stay for work when in town. Ease of check out.
The charges were confusing. Booked through a third party which makes add ons challenging for the hotel staff.

nice clean room with a pool view and was not too far from front desk. I was super early and hung out until the room was clean. Front desk gave me a key to the pool and drink tickets while I waited. It was an 8 minute drive to the beach that i enjoyed in the morning.

Bayview rooms are the best rooms to book there!
Parking is really tight on the bay view room side

Nothing. It was very disappointing.
The property was very small and felt like an expensive motel than a resort. I have been seeing their rooms for a long time and couldn’t afford going there due to high prices. When we decided after a long time to take time off and I saw the price (even though it was still higher than other places) I decided to book that hotel. It said mariene view and I thought that is what I have been seeing, which is the side to bay. But unfortunately it was a small mariene view. People were walking by our door and window all night, very loud foot noise (due to the hotel being very old) and the door didn’t feel safe. Then the heater was so old and loud, had to turn it off middle of the night. It got so cold. The covers were so thin. They charged us additional 20$ resort fee. Nothing special at that resort that we could use. One pool was closed, due to maintenance. Had to pay $35 parking fee as well. All in all very bad experience. We stayed at the other resort across the street and was a great experience.

I like the location, the Firefly restaurant and the staff.
The a/c unit in room 416 is too noisy. The fridge is so noisy, it sounds like a small plane is flying inside the little cabinet. The bathroom door is really, really noisy. It needs wd40.

Beautiful piece of property. Well located. Lots of scenic walking along the waterfront. Excellent bartender. Very good food.
Booking.com did not list the full cost of staying at this property. There were many unexpected charges not disclosed by Booking.com. On top of the daily rate add: Parking $35/day. Resort fee $20/day. Occupancy tax $18/day. Plus 4 other smaller taxes. These additional charges made for unpleasant surprise upon checkout detracting greatly from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, staff was great, pool and spa.
Being charged for parking, especially since there are plenty of parking spaces, being charged a "resort fee".
Restaurant food was mediocre.

The location is amazing. It's a few minutes from Belmont Park and the beach. They had two pools with hot tubes, 2 complimentary beverages and the rooms were a good size and comfortable.

It rained on and off during our stay but we still had the best time. The jacuzzi was large and wonderful and the pool was cold but refreshing. It was definitely a plus that there was only one other family there at the pool. We got 2 free drink coupons when we checked in so we drank and had dinner at their restaurant/ bar. It was new years eve so we watched the fireworks from the grass area in front of our room. It was a great experience.
Obviously just the weather.

The property was great. It’s a nice walk around the facilities along the bay and Marina.
To get around the hotel, you need to walk through parking lots. The grounds are very nice, but have parking lots between the buildings. But that did make it easy to park in front of the room.

Liked location
didn’t like the extra parking charge upon arrival. I also think we got the ‘booking.com’ wing of least renovated rooms.

Easy place to be with dogs or kids. I didn’t swim in it, but the pools are heated.
It was a little pricey over the weekend. Luxury prices for a family hotel.

The view was exceptional.
No elevator, expensive parking, low water pressure. Beds were small.
Only notified of a planned power outage upon checkin. Power was off for approx 4 hours from 10pm. Had to move around the room and hotel using phone torch light.

Location was great! The pools were very enjoyable and it was nice to have different settings at the two pools. Likes the ping pong table at one location. The patio was nice to have as we stayed near the pool. The grounds were a beautiful setting. The outdoor eating patio was enjoyable in the evening and the two drink voucher was a nice surprise.
I don’t like that I have to download an app to use the laundry facilities. I would rather have a coin machine. So I did my washing in the bathtub. Wish a firm pillow was in the closet as an option but overall was very comfortable.

We enjoyed the salt water pool. That was a plus.
Come on $,50 a night to park your in your parking lot. That's a little extreme. I only spent 2 nights. You imagine someone spending a week there.

The location was excellent for what we wanted to see/do. We were able to walk to the venue(Pachanga Arena). Our room was fairly quiet and the restaurant was very good. The included parking was great!

Location is great along the bay
The rooms are stuffy, they smell moldy. Some staff in the restaurant are not that great at service, the lady in charge at the entrance was very overwhelmed when the restaurant was half full, they forget your table and some of the orders. No smile or thank you, too busy to check your table, they don’t pay attention.
