The outdoor design 👌🏻 and the reception area and very fancy.

They food are cold especially the scrambled eggs. The air-conditioning could not be controlled. It was very cold because it a raining day. We have to off it before we could sleep.

Great property to be honest for the prices can’t beat it . The manager front desk Abrar went above and beyond during one of my motorcycle trips . Was sacred about my motorcycle being pricy and stolen . Made me park in front of the door on side . That was great to have and understanding staff . Goes a long way . Well they made a happy customer going forward to Edmonton that’s the place I would choose

Breakfast was really good. Clean room and comfortable beds

When we arrived it was late in the evening. We got to our room and it was 26 degrees. We turned on the air conditioner and it wasn’t working. We called the front desk and they sent security up and he reset it it wouldn’t work and there was nothing to be done till the next day. The windows don’t open as well so couldn’t even move air. The front desk told us there was nothing they could do the hotel was full. We requested a refund and they said there is nothing they could do till the next day. I called and the manager was told she was busy and would call me back in 10 mins but they put me through to her voicemail. She never called back. When I called back she was gone for the day but I was told my reservation had been refunded. When it came through she only refunded one night not two and didn’t have the courtesy to call me or I would have come back. I called again Monday morning and the manager is not around I have left another voice mail. Hopefully he gets back to me. Very poor customer service.
