    Room was clean and adequate. They are currently renovating so no breakfast available. No elevators as well. Location easy to find.

    I had a good experience in there but a little bit frustrated cuz 1 of 2 elevator wasn't working. I have to carried my stuff by stair. Hopefully it's not happen again

    Staying here was a frustrating experience given the price point. For over $*** a night, a cramped room, a small bathroom, and a lack of elevator access are major drawbacks—especially when combined with difficult parking and a location far from the central area. If the hotel intends to keep charging premium luxury rates, the hospitality needs to match. Adding a complimentary breakfast or a regular lobby drink station would significantly improve the guest sentiment. Currently, the lack of amenities and structural inconveniences outweigh the value of the stay.

    Was put in a room with a view of an empty indoor pool (which had super bright lights due to the construction). Would wake to the sound of power saws in the morning, and had to take a crazy route around a construction site to get to my room. other than that -- clean, small beds (they're doubles, not queens), and this hotel has AC. Staff is responsive but check-in and check-out took way longer than at other hotels
