The cleanliness of the hotel was good and beds very comfortable. Sheets and pillows soft and great quality.
I booked 2 rooms well in advance and was given rooms on the first floor beside the laundry room so it was noisy in the morning and hallway cluttered with cleaning staff carts.
The breakfast was included; basic hot buffet items cafeteria style, but only paper plates and flimsy plastic cutlery available. Coffee HORRIBLE (more like dirty water). Towels in room are thin, small and VERY poor quality.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds and very good breakfast
Noise from the highway , room smelled a little stuffy, bathroom is functional but dated, sink too high for kids

It's OK, as they say - nothing to write home about. Room OK, bathroom not really. Bedding so so. But good night sleep.
