Excellent location a short walk to the much busier upper village. Great room with a small kitchen. Staff very helpful.

Car park very busy and spots very tight, not helped by a number of inconsiderate drivers parking over two spaces. Unable to park the first night so parked in the library car park overnight before moving the car for the duration of our stay. We had booked this hotel for both its location and the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the swimming pool had a distinct harsh chemical smell which lingered on both body and bathing costumes for a long time and required a number of washes. Consequently we only used the pool once over our four day stay.

Nothing! Parking in basement car park is a tight squeeze if you’re in a big car (we had a hired Dodge Durango)

Beautiful, friendly and close to village. Gorgeous shampoos, conditioners and body lotions. Focus on sustainability.

Location is great. Quiet but near the village action. Free washing and drying if you have supplies.

Booked based on the dog friendly nature of the Vancouver location BUT this location couldn’t care less about my dogs specifically. I had to ask multiple times if there were dog amenities because they didn’t provide them until about my 5th ask. Also the people who stay here will mess with your laundry. Be careful if you use it.
